This meeting aims to continue an old tradition of Romanian mathematical congresses and is largely open to international participation. The congress is jointly organized by the Mathematical Sciences Section of the Romanian Academy, the Romanian Mathematical Society, the Simion Stoilow Institute of Mathematics of the Romanian Academy, the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science of the University of Bucharest, and the University of Pitești. The congress will host the first Balkan Mathematical Conference, a regional meeting launched by the European Mathematical Society.

Koper, Slovenia PhD Summer School in Discrete Mathematics
PhD School
The main part of PhD Summer School in Discrete mathematics are two mini-courses, aimed at PhD Students, but also to other participants interested in the topics. The first mini-courses will be given by Prof. Karen Meagher (University of Regina, Canada), and it will be related to eigenvalues of graphs, and the second mini-course will be given by Prof. Ted Dobson (University of Primorska, Slovenia), and it will be related to symmetries of graphs. Apart from two mini-courses there will be also a session of invited talks.

Nijmegen, The Netherlands Singularities and Curvature in General Relativity

General Relativity is traditionally studied from an Analysis/PDE, Differential Geometric, or Physics perspective. Recently, new approaches to analyze nonsmooth Lorentzian structures have also emerged from Geometric Measure Theory and Optimal Transport. This workshop brings together for the first time experts from all these different approaches to study General Relativity to discuss open problems and new tools. The international conference Harmonic Analysis, Partial Differential Equations, and Geometric Measure Theory in Bilbao 2023 will take place in the city center of Bilbao (Spain) from June 12 to June 16, 2023. It aims to gather both well-established experts and more junior mathematicians in the fields. There will be a list of invited 50 and 25-minute talks, and we also have parallel sessions of 15-minues talks where students and early postdocs can present their work.
