EMS Meeting of Presidents

The EMS Meeting of Presidents is an annual event usually hosted by EMS corporate member(s). It serves mainly as a forum, where the corporate members of EMS can share their experiences, plans, and concerns, and discuss them with EMS representatives.

The programme conventionally opens with a presentation of the host society and a report of the EMS President on the EMS activities, followed by presentations prepared by some member societies on any information they would like to share.

The main part of the meeting is a general discussion. To give it some focus, the Executive Committee usually suggests a theme the participants might wish to comment on without restricting their freedom to raise any other issue they regard important.
