Joint Meeting of Five Mathematical Societies Announced for February 2026
The European mathematical community will gather in Pilsen, Czech Republic, for an unprecedented collaborative event as five mathematical societies join forces for the Joint Meeting and Conference of the Czech, Slovenian, Austrian, Slovak and Catalan Mathematical Societies (CSASC 2026), scheduled for February 2-6, 2026.

Conference Structure and Program
The conference will feature plenary lectures by keynote speakers nominated by each participating society, followed by specialized workshops covering various mathematical areas. All EMS members will receive reduced conference fees.
The scientific program includes 13 workshops:
- Workshop 01 – Advanced Statistical Modelling
- Workshop 02 – Interactions between Algebra, Combinatorics and Graph Theory
- Workshop 03 – Complex Dynamics
- Workshop 04 – Graph Drawing and Discrete Geometry
- Workshop 05 – Group Theory
- Workshop 06 – Harmonic Analysis and Related Topics
- Workshop 07 – Low Dimensional Dynamics
- Workshop 08 – Mathematics for Quantum Computing
- Workshop 09 – Recent Advances in Oscillation and Spectral Theory of Differential Equations
- Workshop 10 – Representation Theory and Commutative and non-Commutative Algebra
- Workshop 11 – Spectral Theory of Differential Operators in Quantum Physics
- Workshop 12 – Stochastic Analysis in Quantitative Finance
- Workshop 13 – Inverse Problems and Image Analysis
