The call for applications for admission to the 42nd cycle PhD Courses is online! Application deadline: May 20, 2026, 1 p.m. Deadline for sending letters of reference (if required): May 25, 2026, 1 p.m. The selection notice, a regulatory part common to all courses, contains general information regarding the PhD, the requirements for access, how to participate in the selection and the deadlines. For each course there is also an information sheet containing the specific information of that syllabus: the places and scholarships made available, the documents to be attached to the application, the tests in which the selection procedure is divided, subjects examined, links to the course website and reference contacts. Also this year accommodation places are available at the "Casa dell'Assistente Prof. Virgilio Ducceschi", doctoral positions at the Galilean School of Advanced Studies and places reserved for candidates in possession of specific requirements. This year the amount of the scholarship has increased.
