4.3 Special joint meetings

When EMS organizes a meeting jointly with other societies, then the Scientific Programme Committee should be chosen on equal terms. It should reflect all involved mathematical field as well as diversity. The place, time and venue of the meeting should be chosen in agreement with the participating societies. The involved costs are negotiated between the organizing societies.
