2.2.3 Tasks of the Vice-Presidents

The following responsibilities are assigned to the Vice-Presidents (VP):

• 1VP: Supervising electronic tools (website, member database) in collaboration with the Community Engagement Manager, EMS Office and the Secretary; supervising multilateral conferences.
• 2VP: Chairing the evaluation committee of EMS-TAGs and Strategic Activities.

Tasks of the Vice-President:

• Has the authority to deputize for the President whenever he is absent.
• Has the right to sign together with another member of the EC for the EMS.
• May share tasks with the President according to EC decisions.
