DESCRIPTION:This is the first edition of a joint initiative of the AGH Univ
	ersity of Krakow and Opuscula Mathematica\, a peer-reviewed mathematical j
	ournal established at AGH University.\nThe Opuscula Mathematica Conference
	 on Nonlinear Analysis continues a tradition of rigorous mathematical inqu
	iry deeply rooted in the history of AGH University of Krakow. While the co
	nference focuses on contemporary nonlinear analysis (variational methods\,
	 PDEs and dynamical systems)\, its intellectual lineage traces back to the
	 work of Professor Antoni Hoborski (1879-1940)\, the first rector of AGH U
	niversity of Krakow. This conference is organized under the patronage of t
	he Dean of the Faculty of Applied Mathematics of AGH University and it wil
	l be held annually on the occasion of Hoborski Days\, with the aim of hono
	ring the Legacy and Spirit of Professor Antoni Hoborski.
