DESCRIPTION:The 30th Nordic Congress of Mathematicians will be held in Akur
	eyri\, Iceland\, by the Icelandic Mathematical Society. The congress will 
	honour the memory of late professor Sigurður Helgason who would have turne
	d 100 years old on September 30th\, 2027. The event will be held in part a
	t Akureyri Junior College\, where Sigurður studied and became interested i
	n mathematics. The congress will include plenary talks celebrating his mat
	hematical contributions and personal life. The Nordic Congress of Mathemat
	icians is held once every four years under the auspices of the national ma
	thematical associations of Denmark\, Finland\, Iceland\, Norway\, and Swed
	en. Early-career and established mathematicians will present diverse resea
	rch in parallel sessions\, with ten plenary speakers leading the way
