DESCRIPTION:The seminar will tie together two active research directions: c
	omplex fluids and long time behavior of Euler\, Navier-Stokes and related 
	equations. The seminar will focus on new trends in the investigation of lo
	ng time behavior\, mixing\, emergence of coherent structures\, topological
	 change and singularity formation in fluids. There will be three pedagogic
	al mini-courses aimed at exposing students to the themes of long time beha
	vior and inviscid limit\, of complex fluids and of singularity formation. 
	Problem sessions will accompany these courses\, during which specific open
	 problems will be stated and discussed. Specific lectures will describe me
	thods of nonlinear and nonlocal analysis with emphasis on broad applicabil
