	th Industrial Applications (COIA-2024)\, will be held on 27-29 August 2024
	 at Istanbul University-Cerrahpaşa\, Istanbul\, TURKEY. The Conference is 
	aimed to provide a forum where researchers and students from academic envi
	ronments and universities can meet specialists from the industry to share 
	ideas to discuss recent results on all aspects of control and optimization
	 with a wide range of applications. Plenary talks in COIA-2024 will be pre
	sented by well-known scholars. \n\nThe Conference is mainly supported by t
	he Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of the Republic of Azerba
	ijan and İstanbul University-Cerrahpaşa.
