	 in Saudi Arabia\, from 28 January to 1 February 2024.\n\nTargeted partici
	pants are mathematicians\, computer scientists\, and\ncomputational scient
	ists and engineers interested in massively\nparallel computational modelin
	g\, simulation\, analytics\, and\nlearning. The international conferences 
	on domain decomposition\nmethods were originated by the late Roland Glowin
	ski in January 1987\nand the previous 27 such meetings are archived with t
	heir proceedings\nat ddm.org.  The meeting has evolved beyond its early PD
	E centricity\nto large-scale scientific computing generally\, with the sam
	e emphases\non optimal bases\, optimal convergence rates with respect to p
